We offer itugol through two main paths: a native Android APK that you download and install, and a full-featured web app accessible via Safari on iOS and any browser on Android. App Versus Browser: Strengths of Each
Our itugol Android app stores game assets and navigation menus locally, so they load faster even on slower 4G connections. Push notifications alert you to sportsbook updates—such as Liga 1 match starts, Piala Indonesia results, or cashback eligibility—without opening the browser. The app's back button and gesture controls feel natural on Android phones. However, the browser version requires no installation and occupies no phone storage. Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If Android blocks the itugol APK install, verify that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in Settings → Security. If your phone warns you about an unrecognized certificate, this is normal for apps distributed outside Google Play—it does not mean the app is unsafe. We sign our APK with a valid code-signing certificate. If installation still fails, check that you have at least 100 MB of free storage. If the app crashes on launch, ensure your Android version is 7 or higher. Force-close itugol via Settings → Apps, clear the app cache, and try again. If issues persist, contact our support team in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang—they can troubleshoot device-specific problems and re-send the APK link.
App Permissions & Account Security
Our itugol app requests permission to access your device storage (for offline caching), your network connection (to reach our servers), and your notifications (for sportsbook alerts and cashback reminders). We do not request access to your photos, contacts, or SMS messages. Your login credentials are encrypted end-to-end using SSL/TLS. We do not store your password in plain text; we hash it and verify it against encrypted records only. If you log in on a public Wi-Fi network, your session is still protected by encryption—eavesdroppers cannot see your balance or account details. Always log out from the itugol app if you use a shared device. If you suspect unauthorized access to your itugol account, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
